12th Annual Spooktacular Fall Festival is a free family Halloween celebration held at Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth. Little ones can trick-or-treat, show off their costumes in a contest with hourly winners, and get their faces painted. A DJ keeps the energy going, there's a photo booth, and you can check out police and fire vehicles and creative pumpkin displays. This year's theme is Children's Storybooks, so kids are encouraged to dress as their favorite storybook characters.
