12th Annual Trunk or Treat is a family Halloween event held at Conroe Independent School District - CISD in Shenandoah, just north of Houston. Presented by the Conroe ISD Police Department and the Conroe ISD Police Junior Leadership Program, it's a safe, friendly place for families to trick-or-treat together. Trunk or treat is a classic fall tradition: decorated car trunks become candy stations, so kids can go from car to car collecting treats in a relaxed, neighborly setting.
