2027 Plano Balloon Festival takes over the grassy fields of Oak Point Event Field in Plano, just outside Dallas, for a sky full of colorful hot-air balloons. Watch them rise against a bright blue sky, including the iconic red, white and blue Plano "City of Excellence" balloon. Expect tethered rides, vendor booths, family-friendly activities and live music as the crews get everything ready on-site. It's a cheerful, open-air morning out with plenty to look at.
