Africa to Austin Festival 2026 is Austin's first African Drum and Dance Festival, a three-day celebration of African and African Diaspora art forms. It's held at the Boyd Vance Theater at the George Washington Carver Museum and Cultural Center in Austin, with live performances brought in by master artists from African and diaspora traditions. The drum and dance workshops are open to everyone, so you can try the rhythms yourself.
