Downtown Spooktacular is a Halloween trick-or-treat night in downtown New Braunfels, just outside San Antonio. Local businesses and city departments, including the New Braunfels Police and Fire Departments, hand out treats at stops around the streets of downtown. It's free, and it's a family-friendly, all-ages night out. Kids can trick-or-treat from shop to shop, and grown-ups can enjoy the festive downtown atmosphere. Bring the whole crew, costumes on, and make a night of it.
