Family Day: Boo on the Bayou 2026 is a free family afternoon at the Houston Maritime Center & Museum in Houston. Admission to the museum is free, and the day is packed with maritime crafts, engaging activities and hands-on learning that celebrate the museum's home in the East End. This year brings the first Ofrenda at Boo on the Bayou, a community tribute to loved ones. It's a cozy, creative way to spend a fall afternoon with the kids.
