Gratefull 2026 is a community Thanksgiving meal that gathers everyone around one long table in the middle of Martin Luther King Blvd in Chattanooga. This year marks 11 years of coming together, and it's a warm, welcoming way to start the holiday. The Bessie Smith Cultural Center hosts the gathering, a gem that celebrates African American history and culture. It's free, and all are welcome to pull up a seat, meet new neighbors and share a meal with the Scenic City community.
