Hot chicken gives Hattie B's a clear place in Nashville's food conversation, with the Fifth + Broadway location putting the experience close to the downtown action. Choose a heat level with some honesty about your tolerance, then build the plate around the sides that sound right to you. It is a casual meal that works for a group without a formal dinner plan. Expect a popular location rather than a hidden counter, and keep a little time free if the queue is part of the visit.
