MercyMe brings its Christian contemporary indie rock to Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, a stop on the Dove Award winners' tour. The Greenville, Texas band started out in the early '90s with a brand-new worship sound, and over the years it has blended pop, rock, gospel and hymnal music. The result is a show that feels both fresh and familiar, with current trends mixed in while staying true to its roots.
