Mo Amer in Austin brings the award-winning Palestinian-American comedian, actor and writer to Cap City Comedy Club for a night of sharp, heartfelt stand-up. Amer is the star of the semi-autobiographical Netflix series Mo, and his act often mines laughs from his own life, including growing up as a Palestinian refugee in Texas and navigating immigration. It's a great mix of big laughs and poignant social commentary. Cap City is a cozy comedy club, so you'll feel close to the stage.
