Open Dance Project: A Midsummer Night's Dream takes Shakespeare's beloved comedy and turns it into a dance performance under the stars in Houston. Miller Outdoor Theatre, set on the Hermann Park stage, is a lovely spot for a night like this, with open-air seating and a magical, midsummer feel. The story follows Hermia as she runs from an overbearing father into a forest full of hapless young lovers, a feuding Fairy King and Queen and a mischievous sprite.
