Quiet lake views, wooded ridges and wildlife watching make Radnor Lake a rewarding change of pace from downtown Nashville. Choose the gentle dam walkway and lakeside routes or work harder on the Ganier Ridge and South Cove trails. This protected natural area is best explored slowly, with time for birds, turtles and changing light on the water. Dogs and bicycles are restricted to the closed section of Otter Creek Road rather than the natural-surface hiking trails.
