Holiday shopping gets a handmade twist at Round Rock's Rockin' Around the Holidays Bazaar. The Clay Madsen Recreation Center brings together local and surrounding-area crafters selling handcrafted merchandise, giving shoppers a chance to browse gifts with more personality than a department-store shelf. Admission is free, and organizers ask visitors to bring canned food or colorful Band-Aids for the children's hospital. Stop in between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and make a head start on the gift list.
