Shovels & Rope: Bare Bones brings the Charleston-born folk-rock duo to the Bijou Theatre in Knoxville for a stripped-down night of harmonies, storytelling and Americana roots. Husband-and-wife songwriters Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent are known for their witty, rootsy sound and lively live shows. The Bijou is a historic downtown theater with a warm, intimate feel, so you'll be close enough to catch every lyric and every playful exchange between the two.
