A fast, mostly downhill course takes the Spurs Austin International Half from North Austin to a finish beside the Texas Capitol. Formerly the 3M Half Marathon, this 13.1-mile race pairs personal-record ambitions with live music, neighborhood cheering and a finish celebration. Runners start in front of Regal Gateway on Stonelake Boulevard at 7:30 a.m., with the course closing at 11:30.
